Your role
- Make recommendations and improvements to customers
- Serve as a technical guide for customers and the plant
- Prepare documents for production start-up at the plant
- Make quotations based on documents and plans received
- Place specific orders with suppliers
- Validate information on contracts and designer plans
- Identify technical omissions or issues
- Read and interpret customer drawings
- Produce technical drawings (occasionally)
Skills required
- DEC/DEP/College degree in interior design, computer-aided drafting, architecture, cabinetmaking
- Any other diploma related to the position of technician or experience in a position related to technical drawing and tendering
- Autonomy and professionalism
- Attention to detail, adaptability and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of kitchen cabinetry is an asset
- Understanding of design software is an asset
- Strong oral and written language skills (French, English); Spanish an asset
