1. Contest Organizer:
This contest is organized by Les Armoires Milmonde Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
2. Eligibility Conditions:
To participate, the following conditions must be met:
- The contest is open to any person residing in Canada and USA who is 18 years of age or older.
- Employees of Les Armoires Milmonde Inc., their representatives, agents, as well as members of their immediate family and persons living under the same roof, are not eligible to participate in the contest.
3. Contest Period:
The contest begins on November 25 at 12:00 (ET) and ends on December 16 at 12:00 (ET).
4. Participation Method:
To participate, entrants must:
- Post a photo or video of their current kitchen, a design project, or their "dream space" using a specific hashtag (#MonProjetMilmonde).
- Complete the Registration Form.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Any attempt at multiple or non-compliant entries will result in the participant's disqualification.
5. Prizes Offered:
One (1) winner will receive a 46% discount applicable to a Milmonde cabinet project.
- Prize Value: The exact value of the prize will depend on the winner's cabinet project submission, but the maximum discount will not exceed CAD $10,000.*
- This prize is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on December 20 at 12:00 (ET) at Milmonde's headquarters located at 4151 Route-du-Président-Kennedy, Notre-Dame-des-Pins, QC G0M 1K0.
7. Winner Announcement:
The winner will be contacted via email within five (5) business days following the draw. The winner’s name may also be published on Milmonde’s social media channels. Under no circumstances will the winner be contacted through Messenger or social media platforms.
8. Claiming the Prize:
The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize within seven (7) days of receiving the notification. Otherwise, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.
9. General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree that their name, photo, and any submitted content may be used for promotional purposes by the Organizer without additional compensation.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this contest in the event of force majeure.
10. Protection of Personal Information:
The information collected is used solely for the purpose of this contest and will not be sold or shared.
